i remember watching in awe as my 4th grade classmates did the tootsie roll... on roller skates. i couldn't even turn a fucking corner.
i'm confused ... on roller skates? and what exactly is the tootsie roll dance?

apparently there is a tootsie roll song, but clearly the dance is an enigma of mankind, probably lost to knowledge sometime in 1992 before the creation of the intraweb.

oh hm. i didnt even realise this thread kept going on. anyway, yea, the song tootsie roll by the 69 boyz was way popular in elementary school. and the song goes, "to the leeeft to the leeeft to the riiight to the riiight to the frooont to the frooont to the baaack to the baaack now DIP baby DIP, now DIP baby DIP." and of course, you just .. do what it says. so on roller skates the girls would slide to the left, then right, ... well i guess front and back is weird on roller skates cuz you're .. going fowards... but then they'd be like DIP like that da dip song by freak naaaaasty. haha ok too much nostalgia all at once :)

holy crap i'm glad the '90's are over. of course i'll probably say that about this decade though.
